The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, onsite position at the Ellie Mental Health clinic in Fishers, Indiana. Compensation is $60,000–$84,000 per year. The locally owned clinic works with clients and community providers to deliver personalized mental health treatment and improve access to care. What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• provide a target minimum of 25 client visits per week
• collaborate with clients, families, case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and colleagues
• complete weekly billing tasks, collect co-pays, and follow up on outstanding balances
• attend clinical staff meetings and training.
