The HVAC Service Technician — Commercial and Residential role is onsite in Abilene, KS, traveling to customer homes and businesses for scheduled appointments. Pay is $20–$34 per hour. Pestinger Heating and Air Conditioning provides heating and cooling services to residential and commercial customers. The technician inspects, diagnoses, maintains, and repairs heating and cooling systems to support safe and effective operation. The role also consults with customers, explains solutions, and records appointments and payment transactions.

What you'll do

• Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled
• consult with customers and discuss solution options
• inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• perform preventive maintenance and performance tests
• troubleshoot and repair systems
• sell ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers
• maintain appointment and payment records, including invoices.
