What you'll do

• Conduct daily property walks
• monitor work orders and coordinate with lead maintenance
• manage make-ready schedules and inspect vacant units
• handle after-hours emergency calls and dispatch on-call maintenance
• manage the property budget, collections, rent roll, invoices, and operating expenses
• oversee leasing, marketing, and renewals
• hire, train, schedule, and develop on-site staff
• resolve resident concerns
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Nevada landlord-tenant law, company policy, permits, and inspections.
