What you'll do

• Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, including upgrades and daily technical operations
• configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace
• optimize the Mobile Agent app and offline workflows
• manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning
• configure parts management, stockrooms, asset transfer rules, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and notifications.
