What you'll do

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• handle Nevada state and federal court matters
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents
• conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
• develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value
• communicate with clients
• maintain case records and meet deadlines.
