Marketing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and sales enablement
• coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• maintain marketing calendars and project plans
• assist with marketing materials and ensure brand and regulatory review requirements are followed
• partner with Sales, Technical Services, and Production
• update sales tools, literature libraries, and Salesforce
• support external and internal communications
• coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• track event inventory, metrics, and post-event reporting
• manage marketing documentation and requests
• provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing
• monitor and ship promotional items and assist with ordering.
