What you'll do

• Lead and mentor managers and hourly staff
• maintain service standards
• oversee business operations, marketing, risk management, and corporate mandates
• report updates to the General Manager
• recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and train staff
• monitor sales forecasts, labor costs, expenses, budgets, and profit-and-loss reports
• oversee the beverage program
• build guest and community relationships.
