What you'll do

• Open consumer and commercial specialty deposit accounts
• perform account maintenance and system setup for deposit and online banking products
• troubleshoot service requests and account inquiries
• process transactions and support clients by phone
• provide backup account-opening support to Cash Management
• perform teller and deposit functions at Oakdale and Plymouth branches
• collaborate with service providers and internal staff
• scan documents, verify new accounts, maintain files, and follow security and compliance procedures.
