What you'll do

• Support Individual Assistance operations and disaster survivor services
• review and process disaster assistance documentation
• help survivors understand available assistance and recovery resources
• conduct interviews, assessments, or case reviews as assigned
• maintain accurate case files and supporting records
• coordinate with government agencies, community organizations, and recovery partners
• follow applicable program guidelines and procedures.
