The Toddler Teacher position is onsite in Glastonbury, Connecticut, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. This position creates developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support toddlers’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The teacher implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, manages classroom routines, communicates with families, and collaborates with educators and center leadership to support children and the center.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging toddler classroom
• lead activities supporting children’s development
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to meet individual needs
• model positive behavior and a growth mindset
• guide and mentor less experienced teachers
• manage routines, transitions, and daily schedules
• communicate with families about milestones and daily experiences
• collaborate with center leadership and educators
• maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies.
