What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• support treatments delegated by an RN
• take and record vital signs as instructed
• document services in the computerized charting system
• assist with prescribed program activities
• observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• assist with bathing, grooming, and medication administration.
