What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth strategy for HYSON and KALLER nitrogen gas springs in special applications
• identify customers and applications in automation, aerospace, robotics, industrial machinery, and related markets
• work with customer engineering and design teams to develop solutions
• lead opportunities from discovery through technical evaluation, prototype/testing, negotiation, and production launch
• build decision-maker relationships and a sales pipeline
• collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and commercial teams
• provide market intelligence
• represent products at customer meetings and industry events
• maintain CRM information
• and pursue sales and growth objectives. Regular travel to customer locations, events, and company facilities is expected.
