What you'll do

• Sort, rinse, wash, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and trays
• return clean items to storage or the cook’s line
• remove trash
• set up and break down the dishwashing area
• clean floors and other areas as directed
• monitor dish machine temperatures and notify the Kitchen Manager when they fall below safety standards.
