What you'll do

• Maintain nursing objectives and standards consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act
• evaluate staffing needs with the Director of Nursing
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• implement and evaluate care plans
• coordinate staff and assignments
• oversee staff performance and training
• monitor infection-control compliance
• and investigate and document incidents.
