What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standardized processes and technical documentation
• extract and aggregate operational information from multiple sources to establish benchmarks and measures
• author, publish, and maintain Power BI performance reports
• analyze operational workflows and mission-critical information
• identify trends and root causes and recommend efficiency improvements
• facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
