What you'll do

• Manage project risks and promptly elevate concerns and solutions
• create and manage project schedules from kickoff through closeout
• oversee billings, project setup, buy-out, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete
• build client relationships and lead project meetings
• coordinate material availability across departments
• guide team members
• understand project contracts and negotiate changes as needed
• review estimates, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• complete closeout procedures
• maintain jobsite safety.
