Job overview
The Personal Care Specialist is an onsite role based in Brighton, MA. The pay range is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. This role supports the PACE Interdisciplinary Team at Element Care. This role participates in all aspects of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of personal care and safety for participants at the Adult Day Health (ADH) center and in the community, working under the direction of a licensed nurse.
