What you'll do
- Provide PSR services according to client treatment plans
- teach and reinforce coping, communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, independent living, and community-functioning skills
- maintain compliant clinical documentation
- collaborate with clinicians, families, schools, and community providers
- monitor progress and report significant changes
- participate in treatment planning, supervision, and meetings
- follow state, Medicaid, agency, and confidentiality requirements.
