What you'll do

• Manage sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding
• develop hiring strategies

• recruit through job boards, social media, and community outreach
• conduct skills-based and behavioral interviews
• build talent networks and candidate pipelines
• write and update job descriptions
• execute hiring events as needed
• support employee orientation and HR projects.
