What you'll do

• Complete administrative tasks using Outlook, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other systems
• conduct outreach calls and answer participant questions
• scan and upload documents to case files
• manage a multi-line phone system
• facilitate in-person and virtual presentations through Microsoft Teams
• assist with mass mailings
• maintain case notes and attendance logs
• submit weekly reports
• model professionalism and inclusiveness and motivate clients toward full-time employment.
