• Supervise daily activities of maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial teams
• assign duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing
• inspect buildings and equipment
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• work with vendors
• maintain records and prepare reports.
