Accounts Receivable Clerk

What you'll do

• Administer accounts receivable activities, including billing, statements, payment posting, deposits, and refunds
• monitor, verify, and balance account charges
• answer billing inquiries and resolve customer disputes
• monitor transfers and credit rebills
• prepare month-end reconciliations and reports
• assist with account collections
• maintain communication with customers, employees, and management
• perform other administrative duties as needed.
