Cybersecurity Manager

The Cybersecurity Manager role is onsite at URM Stores' corporate office in Spokane, WA. Pay is $150,000–$160,000 per year. URM's mission is to help independent grocers thrive through purchasing, warehousing, and delivery support. This hands-on technical leader manages and develops the Security Engineering team while advancing cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance. The role translates security priorities into effective controls and measurable improvements aligned with business and technology needs.

What you'll do

• Lead cybersecurity operations and engineering and develop the Security Engineering team
• maintain and improve security technologies and controls
• oversee incident response and Tier 2/3 escalations
• lead vulnerability and exposure management, remediation, and validation
• support NIST Cybersecurity Framework maturity, PCI DSS, audits, assessments, and control documentation
• partner with infrastructure, applications, data, business stakeholders, and external security partners.
