What you'll do

• Manage first-party property litigation matters
• develop case strategy and advise clients
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and briefs
• take and defend depositions
• handle hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate
• analyze policies, claims, damages, and expert reports
• investigate and conduct legal research
• evaluate settlements
• communicate with clients
• manage deadlines and caseload.
