What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations, escalating according to site protocols
• patrol buildings, office areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
