What you'll do

• Administer Acumatica purchasing, inventory, receiving, and fulfillment modules
• manage purchase orders, receipts, vendor transactions, inventory transactions, and item and vendor records
• maintain bills of materials and kits
• monitor orders and exceptions
• investigate data discrepancies
• improve workflows and support system updates
• maintain SOPs and configuration documentation
• build inquiries, dashboards, and KPI reports
• train users
• coordinate with Finance, IT, and Operations.

Why this role
