What you'll do

• Load and unload products and bakery items safely
• select and prepare products for dispatch according to route schedules
• count inventory
• complete load sheets and block sheets
• inspect and sweep trailers and report damage
• notify supervisors about floor inventory of empty trays and equipment
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety and hygiene standards.
