What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and retain managers and hourly employees
• oversee front- and back-of-house operations
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, service, and brand standards
• resolve guest concerns
• manage labor, food and beverage costs, expenses, inventory, and purchasing
• review profit-and-loss statements and drive revenue
• support local marketing and events
• build Hillsboro community relationships.
