What you'll do

• Maintain communication with Habilitation Director and staff, oversee resident needs, report abuse or neglect, conduct quarterly rights in-servicing, coordinate active treatment plans, complete required paperwork, chair annual staffing meetings, and assist with social events and survey preparation.
