Supervised Visitation Facilitator, Montgomery County

Job overview

The Supervised Visitation Facilitator role is onsite in the Montgomery County area, with field visits to family homes or other specified sites. The base rate is $25 per hour. Safe Response, LLC assigns facilitators to court-ordered supervised visits between parents and children. What you'll do

• Communicate with families and caregivers to establish visitation schedules and address concerns
• observe and document visits and provide real-time feedback when needed for safety and appropriate behavior
• prepare regular program progress reports
• submit case notes, visit reports, and data collection forms within 24 hours
• report issues to supervisory staff in a timely manner.
