What you'll do

• Build relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and customer decision-makers
• communicate sales expectations and organizational goals to company drivers
• meet sales expectations while providing customer service
• identify leads and acquire new business
• visit current and prospective customers
• prepare tailored selling plans
• maintain customer call frequency and visit stores to negotiate ads and displays
• review out-of-stock reports
• communicate sales progress to the Division Sales Manager
• and follow route, vehicle, inventory, and safety procedures.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of retail or field-based sales experience, a valid driver’s license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean motor vehicle record. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual Spanish are preferred but not required.
