Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with compensation of $26–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive and unload deliveries
• verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders and report missing or damaged items
• prepare and load materials, tools, equipment, and prefabricated assemblies for transport
• label and organize warehouse materials
• maintain shipping and receiving records in Smartsheet and other systems
• operate forklifts after required training and authorization
• keep warehouse and loading areas clean and safe
• collaborate with warehouse personnel, vendors, and field teams.
