What you'll do

• Schedule member service representatives and ensure staffing coverage

• maintain cash controls and conduct cash counts and vault audits
• monitor regulatory reporting and compliance
• approve checks and exceptions within authority
• oversee back-office duties, schedules, timesheets, and staff development.
