Food and Beverage Business Analyst

Job overview

The Food and Beverage Business Analyst role is hybrid, with 2–3 onsite days in Orlando, FL, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The rate is $50 per hour. The role partners with park food and beverage leaders to support revenue, pricing, inventory accuracy, and branded product launches for guests. The analyst uses sales, cost, pricing, inventory, and guest-trend information to help operating teams make informed decisions. The role contributes to revenue initiatives and accurate product information across point-of-sale systems, kiosks, mobile ordering, and digital menus.

What you'll do

• Partner with food and beverage leadership and operating teams
• collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Technology
• identify revenue opportunities such as upselling, bundling, and seasonal promotions
• research industry trends and guest preferences
• evaluate product costs, pricing, margins, and sales
• monitor inventory and replenishment
• maintain pricing across POS systems, kiosks, mobile ordering, and digital menus
• build reports and dashboards for leadership.
