What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications
• set up and stock an assigned station
• meet food quality, portion, and presentation standards
• follow food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• maintain clean work areas
• assist with banquet, catering, and special-event preparation as needed
• perform assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
