The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center for Autism is an onsite role based in Pewamo, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA services. This role exists to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA develops individualized treatment programs, conducts clinical assessments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to foster meaningful developmental outcomes for children and their families.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
- Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians.
- Train and support staff and families in ABA principles.
- Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers.
- Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
