Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with pay of $18–$25 per hour. ABA Alliance Therapy provides individualized applied behavior analysis therapy for children and families in the Orlando area. Working under BCBA supervision, the RBT implements individualized treatment programs and teaches communication, social, daily living, and other skills. The role records behavioral and skill-acquisition data, follows intervention protocols, and coordinates with families and the care team to support client independence.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data
• follow treatment protocols and behavior intervention strategies
• communicate with BCBAs, families, and care-team members
• participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• maintain professional and ethical standards for RBTs.
