Registered Nurse RN **Sign on Bonus Eligible**. Conifer Park is looking for Full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Glenville, NY. You will assess physical, psychosocial, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Developing an individualized plan of care based on data obtained from all sources, while implementing clinical care, nursing and medical orders.
