Recertification/Resident Coordinator

The Recertification/Resident Coordinator role is onsite in Portland, OR. Pay is $23–$29 per hour. PCRI’s mission is to preserve and expand affordable housing in Portland and provide residents access to and advocacy for services.

What you'll do

• Manage annual, interim, and move-in certifications
• notify residents of deadlines
• interview residents and verify household information
• process documentation and calculate income, rent, and allowances under applicable housing programs
• maintain accurate files and systems
• coordinate inspections, resident communications, maintenance requests, and compliance reporting.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Affordable housing program and Yardi experience are preferred.
