What you'll do

• Inspect homes and grounds and perform preventive maintenance or repairs in trades such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and construction
• respond professionally to resident requests
• complete make-ready and turnover work on schedule
• follow safety guidelines
• document work orders and timesheets
• identify hazards and maintenance issues
• maintain community appearance
• perform grounds or housekeeping duties when called upon
• train Level I technicians in a hands-on setting.
