What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations

• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with training and feedback for associates
• support scheduling, payroll, and compliance training
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• ensure online orders are fulfilled and shipped
• manage inventory, loss prevention, cash reconciliation, shipments, and deposits
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
