The Registered Nurse, Home Health and Hospice role is onsite in Dallas, TX, providing care in patients’ homes and hospice settings. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour. The role also educates patients and families, coordinates with interdisciplinary care teams, documents care, and provides compassionate support in hospice settings; the posting includes participation in an on-call rotation as assigned.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• develop individualized care plans with physicians, patients, and families
• administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and other ordered procedures
• monitor and report patient progress and changes
• educate patients and families
• coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• document in the EMR
• participate in on-call rotation as assigned
• provide end-of-life care and emotional support.
