What you'll do

• Supervise and support team members
• assign tasks
• train and coach staff
• conduct operations walks and quality checks
• assist at restaurant stations
• ensure food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• handle guest concerns
• monitor schedules and attendance
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete checklists and paperwork
• open or close the restaurant as directed
• communicate team performance to management
• follow food, cash, and inventory guidelines.
