What you'll do

• Welcome clients and provide hospitality

• guide clients through store touchpoints and direct product inquiries to Client Advisors
• support appointments, reservations, and special requests
• maintain reception and hospitality areas
• coordinate with managers and back-office teams
• assist with scheduling, CRM updates, and appointment follow-up as needed.
