What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant planning, organization, training, and staff leadership. Ensure policies, procedures, standards, and training programs are followed
• support guest service and food quality
• manage cash handling, receipts, payroll-related activities, inventory, purchasing, schedules, staffing, and required paperwork
• supervise cleaning and sanitation
• address complaints and operational problems
• hire, train, and supervise staff
• and assist with food preparation or service when needed.
