What you'll do

• Provide support with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• document care and admission information
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• complete rounds and reposition residents
• take and report vital signs and weights
• follow care orders and procedures
• maintain supplies
• communicate with charge nurses and team members.
