What you'll do

• Oversee daily residential program operations
• supervise, coach, mentor, and support Youth Mentors and direct-care staff
• lead shift meetings and post-incident debriefings
• maintain staffing, routines, and operational readiness
• support staff during challenging behaviors and crises
• promote trauma-informed, youth-centered care
• monitor safety and well-being
• collaborate with clinical professionals and program leadership
• complete documentation and incident reports
• provide performance feedback
• ensure policies, safety procedures, and behavioral protocols are followed.
