What you'll do

• Generate leads across assigned communities
• create and adjust marketing campaigns and listings
• post and refresh listings on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms
• prepare listing photos and copy
• respond to inquiries, collect contact details, and schedule appointments
• hand off prospects to Sales and Leasing Agents
• track activity and outcomes in CRM or lead-management systems and report performance.
