What you'll do

• Lead a large team of CRNAs.
• Clinically manage and evaluate patients.
• Assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications.
• Consultation, research, and education of SRNAs.
• Manage team schedule.
• Lead regular CRNA team meetings, performance management, and HR duties.
• Work closely with department and hospital leadership.
