Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with Tuesday through Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday remote. The role supports an Inside Sales Account team serving foodservice operators for a Fortune 100 food and beverage manufacturer. The role exists to retain and grow existing business and onboard new accounts. It contributes through account support, sales outreach, lead qualification, order and equipment issue resolution, and management of customer opportunities in the CRM.

What you'll do

• Update customer, venue, and program records in the customer management system
• respond to customer inquiries
• handle account setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims
• conduct proactive sales and support calls
• identify sales opportunities
• maintain customer relationships
• report weekly activities and portfolio performance
• qualify and convert beverage leads
• manage CRM opportunities to closure
• participate in team calls and annual regional visits or periodic business travel.
